Chess - More of a Mental Exercise

I take Chess as a mental exercise because it really does help your mind a lot because as the level increases, your mental powers are even more tested and you need more concentration and all the ability to keep yourself cool and concentrate enough to earn a move which could put your oppositions under trouble. This game can improve us in many many ways.
