Blank messages

Sometimes, all I get in a message notification is this (pic) above.! A blank error-message saying "Sorry - this has been removed.." by chess.com. This happens when I get a notification of some message by someone but all I can read in it is this. Strange. I'll just report it to the site support. Till then, please bear with me if I do not reply to your supposedly delivered text.
