My elo keeps getting lower 😔

I have a problem right now,

Since I started playing this game yesterday, It feels like I’m going to win but something strange in every game. Seems other lower elo on chess kinda good like a GM but on my mind they're kinda trying or doing something like cheating or using any extensions on Chrome that can win in any chess tournament.

Me, I do my best to reach higher elo but it keeps going down and down. So I had to give up or not.

I can't handle this anymore 😔.
