Progress ?

It's been about two months since I started learning about chess.  I guess my earlier comments were very accurate.  I am having some problems with my positioning.  I start off somewhat solid, then I make a gargantuan blunder that jeopardizes everything.  There are some moments where I believe that I made the right move but there also are times where I just don't know what I was thinking.

   I basically have the same problem with programs and with live players.  Maybe it's just 'tunnel vision' - NOT SEEING THE ENTIRE BOARD.  I really need to be patient, but I have to admit that patience is a thing I don't have an abundance of lately.
