How to read Chess Books (+ Video)
Hi chess lovers. Some friends and students have asked me before how do professional players read Chess Books. This week, I was thinking about this and prepared a post/video with some interesting ideas and advices to read them and get the most from the reading of those books. I hope this helps!
Video explaining My 4 tips to get the most from Chess Books
I invite you to subscribe. I will be uploading instructive videos for beginners and intermediate players at least every Monday.
The topic is more complicated than it seems. As I explained in the video, there are different kinds of chess books, and probably there are things we need to adjust depending on that. The tips should still help in most cases.
And these are my tips…
1 - Make a pause on Diagrams
2- Calculate variations
3- Take your time
4- Read them more than once
Good luck to everybody, and take care!!!
Stay home as much as possible.
HAVE A GREAT WEEK!!!
