Game 39: Dec 10, 2013

This is my 39th OTB tournament game.  It is against Jim.  I have won all of my 3 previous games against Jim.  That streak was broken with this game.  It's a French defense where I didn't play the opening quite right, moved too quickly at the wrong time, and then could not recover when I tried to get some semblance of counterplay.
