Can this endgame be won?

 

Today I play this game, the time control was 30+20 so we had time to think, when we reached this endgame my opponent resigned, to be honest I dont think I could win it at the time, could never lose it  but hard to make any progress on opposite colour Bishops endgame. What do you think?
