Portland Spring Open Pt 1

This last weekend, I went up to the Portland Spring Open, at the Portland Chess Club on SW Multnomah. It was a 5 round SS tournament. I played in the Reserve section as I am not near good enough for the Open yet (or possibly ever). Time control was 40/90 + SD/30 for the first 3 rounds, the last 2 rounds were 40/120 + SD/60. I never came close to using all my time, and I think in the 3rd round was the only game that even made it to 40 moves.

Game 1 I had black against Lon (who I forgot to write down his last name). I think he was rated ~1650.
