Portland Winter Open Round 2

After winning against Takuma in round 1, I was paired against Jeremy Stidham. We talked briefly before our game, he is a recent immigrant from Indiana, who lives out here now. He was rated 1768 going into the tournament. As he was playing in the reserve section, he was the highest rated player, so I was a little intimidated, but I struggled through it.

A draw against the top rated player in the reserve section. I was feeling pretty calm and confident. 1.5 after 2 rounds, I was getting quite exhausted at this stage though. By the end of the 3rd game that day, I was just spent. More on that later.
