A fork is a tool consisting of a handle with several narrow tines on one end.

Also in chess, a fork is a tactic that uses one piece to attack two or more of the opponent's pieces at the same time, hoping to achieve material gain (by capturing one of the opponent's pieces) because the opponent can only counter one of the two (or more) threats. For me,making forks is one of the most exciting moments in the chess. But sometimes I dont see it, especially forks by knight. So if you have same problems , you can take some practice with this easy puzzles. Have fun Smile!

1. Easy standart fork.

2. Can sometimes happen after O-O-O

3. Interesting puzzle with bad escape of queen

4. Without check.
