How can you learn quickly the system ?

Simple, no matter what, this what you aim to achieve

Once again 

you simply aim to do this with Black

Nf6, Nd7-f8-g6, Qc7, Be7 ; pawns go to e5,d6,c6

Then you replay Alireza's games and you see how it makes it work; see how the player with white (GM) gets dominated by Firouzja in this one.

A simple system but very effective in blitz because you dont have to really spend any time for the first 8 moves or so.

of course Firouzja is super strong in the middle game, but give it a shot if you want try something new with Black
