Did i miss something?

there is just one more thing i have to say, or ask about living in the mountains. Why is it that when im on my way home from work and it's 25 below zero and i see a woman, wait let me re-phrase that, a dumb ass woman walking down the sidewalk with a wet head on her way to work with no gloves, no hat and just a sweatshirt on,I mean come on man, there is a time and place to walk outside with a wet head, and winter is not the time i mean if you think your going to be less hot all bundled up then go jump off a bridge because it will be less painful to your family when doing that then dying on the streets like a retard.
