Nhifghisderty-The Untold Story

After a long time I am writing a blog and ,I was planning to tell my story about how I learnt chess and what drove me to learn chess,so get your pop corns out .

2012:- This year will always be special for me as it was in this year that my sister taught me the game of chess,I was fascinated by the game .I played about  50 games that year,Lost 99% of them.I was losing and losing against my sis everyother game .At that we did not have that ease access to internet so I mostly used to play with my sister and father during my Summer holidays.

2015-2016:-During this  years I won my first game against my sister,I was ecstatic and there was no looking back,slowly I started Understanding the mistakes I was making and tried to rectify them on my own.

During(2015-2017):-I played closed to about 200+ games and I can  say that this period was when I started falling in love with the game.

2018-I Joined Chess.com(My first taste of Online Chess play),it was here when I found out about 5 mins blitz,daily games.I started playing during my free time but more for fun rather than learning the game,Then I took a Long break from Chess about 1 and half year.

(2019-   ):-This are the most glorious days of my chess career ,I took part in the local Chess Cup(OTB) and won the Best Player of the league award.Our school introduced inter-house Chess competition,I got chance to play for my house but I was defeated in the first round itself and it broke my heart and I wanted to do better in the next tourney the next season of the interhouse tournament came,I was again selected this timeI won my first game and in the second game I lost to our houses best Player (@Ani4all) .That day I made a promise to myself I will defeat him .I practiced everyday and learnt gambits,openings .Then the pandemic came in 2020 and it helped me focus more on my game,I played more than 1000+ games in the whole year .

Now My last few matches against (@Ani4all) I defeated him badly and that joy when you defeat your target can't be told with words.

In between I had many ups and downs ,I just completed my 800th win of my chess career and hope I reach the 1000 mark more faster'
