First Amendment: Power

All thy powers are written on thy Parrot Lore.

Second Amendment: Prime minister 

The power of the minister is given by the Supreme General who chooses them or King Parrot 1000th. He is said to by elected by thy parrots who can reject thou candidate. If kingdom comes to end, and only democracy is alive, prime minister rules thou landed of parrots that voted for him, for thine kingdom belong to Minister. 

Third Amendment: Anthem

All parrots must sing thy anthem forged from the great minds of the parrot peoples. Thee anthem must be sung by all parrots. If not parrot, but visitor, must say Parrottopia! at least once a day.

Fourth Amendment: Parrot consumption 

The constitution strictly prohibits the actions of consumption or eating of the sacred animals of thy parrots and created and made thine. Parrottopia and it's members must agree the thee.
