Dunbar Chess Club off to a flyer!
Dunbar Chess Club got off to a flyer last night in our first Lothian League (Div 3) fixture of the new season, with a dominant 6-0 win away to Wandering Dragons of Edinburgh!
Dunbar lost this fixture last season 5-1. It is the most convincing display I have even seen with us looking very solid and dominating every game. This is only our 3rd season in the Lothian League setup and now we have found our feet we are hoping to be promotion contenders this season.
Next up is Corstorphine 3 (their third team) at home on Wednesday 4th November.
