I'm hard stuck 2-220 elo what do I do

So i've been playing for not that long, however once I have reached 230 elo or so, I just cant seem to beat anyone. I am beaten and then beat the players I play at a lower elo. Are there any tricks or moves I can use to better my game enough to where I can pass 200 elo?
