Me Vs Mittens

You won't believe this game that I played against mittens I can't believe I won. 

This was a insane game that played against mittens. The crazy thing is I'm 1200 ELO and on the verge of a tilt. So how did I beat mittens? Well I didn't. This was a game between Hikaru and mittens. But today we  are talking about Mittens and  how it made chess.com and other youtubers like @GothamCheckers and @Hikaru get more views than they normally got. 

What is Mittens?

Mittens was a chess.com but that came in the cat bots with a rating of 1 in January 2023.  When it first came it people thought it would have been easy to take down but they were wrong. And then during that month what was going to look like an average month  for chess.com. But that wasn't the case, lots of people would download chess.com on their phone, computers, school computer, Ipad, Toasters, And Samsung Smart Fridges. Sure, chess.com rose to popularity during covid and when Queen's Gambit came out but it wasn't anything like this. This was truly a W chess.com moment. But not for the month of december, Mittens is back. 

ME VS MITTENS

I never got to play mittens because I made my account on February 14. I didn't even get to play Anish mittens because I forgot about the new bots.  

I had a pretty good opening and then when I took a knight everything started to fall apart  But then, I had the advantage and I got to greedy which led to me taking the pawn of g7 which made me lost that rook.  which was probably the reason that I lost. 

Even though I lost, I'm still proud of this game because I thought that I played really well.  I wanted to try something different  and I started to learn about the modern but I probably should not have played it. Idk why I didn't resign ,  my king was chasing the pawn like tom and jerry. 

CONCLUSION

Even if you are new to the game of chess, chess bots are a good way to start and not have to deal with the stress of time. But I hope you guys had a good christmas if you celebrated. I'm also sorry that I could not get this blog out on december 14th because I had to study, write an essay and it wasn't fun. And yesterday I got sick  while driving to my parents house so I had to get a hotel in kansas and I was intending this blog to come out last night but I fell asleep.
