A long prepared sacrifice

A game I recently played on FICS (hopefully chess.com team will not blame for that!). Ratings are referred to FICS ones as well.

Middlegame was not played that well by neither side, but at the end white was awarded for the patient preparation of a sacrifice to rip open black kingside.
