PCAP Champions Tour 2024

The Professional Chess Association of the Philippines (PCAP) is a professional chess organization sanctioned and recognized by the Philippines Games and Amusement Board. Now on its 4th Season, it is running its very first National Champions' Tour to be held at the new GH Mall in San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines, on July 19 to 21 2024.

The 12 participants were selected from various PCAP-sanctioned leg tournaments in the previous months. The MVPs from Season 3's All Filipino Conference and Wesley So Cup were also invited.

The participants will participate in a Round Robin, with the Top 8 players going through a playoff on the last day to determine the 1st ever PCAP Champion's Tour winner.

The game play will be a combination of Blitz 3 min + 2 sec increment and Rapid 13 min + 2 sec increment, patterned after PCAP's conference time controls.
