your plan is very simple, i would reccomend the KID for any white move other than e4. your plan is to get a castled king in a specific setup ASAP. play nf6, g6, f7, o-o. if white plays e4 at any moment, play d6, that is literally it, your middlegame plan is to rush white's kingside with pawns if they castle kingside, this is hikaru nakamura's favourite opening for black
