Yes, it is possible to win the game in 2 moves, but your opponent must play very badly.

1. f3?  This blocks the g1-knight's favorite square on f3, and opens a diagonal leading to the white king.

1....e5  Black makes a good move in the center, and prepares, just in case White makes one more horrific move to bring the queen into action.

2. g4??  White obliges, making the only move that loses instantly. The diagonal leading the white king is now open for business. No White unit can block the e1-h4 diagonal.
