One Position, Two Combinations

I found a cool tactical puzzle on my former chess coach's website (although I solved it myself). It starts from the same position and has two combinations, one for black and one for white. I solved the white one first, but the black one is much easier, so i'll give it to you first.

that was for black... should've been pretty simple to most experienced players. The next one (for white) is quite harder with more variations to calculate.
