Priviet! Good day! Magandang Araw Team! This blog is all about the importance of HUMAN playing with BOT. As you can see, Chess.com have a series of BOTS and every month or every quarter, it has a different character that represent each different subject. And every level will adapt to player’s ratings.

Chess Bot is an artificial program that analyses move faster than a human. In Chess.Com, it has a different level that will help you enhance your games.

3 Things I want to share with you the BENEFITS OF PLAYING WITH BOT

Yes! It’s totally FREE! So why not! If you want to enhance your game without compromising your ratings. Then PLAYING WITH IS BOT is good for you. Most of the beginners with low ratings has no confident in playing with others because their ratings can be seen with others. But Thru BOT, you can FREELY adjust your games depending on the way you play.

2. YOU WILL UNDERSTAND HOW YOU PLAY!

As a beginner, I don’t know yet my style and I really don’t know what to do. Now, in playing with bots, according to your adaptive ratings, then you will know If you are an offensive player or defensive player. Understanding your game will help you enhance your skills immediately. Every time you play, with the same adaptive bots, you can have small improvements. Once you notice that you don’t want to give your pieces for free, then, that’s it. You already understand the way you play.

Maybe you heard that phrase before. Since bots are programmed and has a certain level of hardness, then humans always have our own limits. We need to accept that, as beginner as we are, we cannot win against certain bots. So our goal is to learn and not just to win. You need to learn the following first!

  1. Opening Style that is good for you! It could be “OPEN STYLE OR CLOSE STYLE”
  2. Learn the Adaptive bots that challenge you the most. Yes, not to win, but to learn, after you play with the BOTS. Don’t forget to analyse your game. Check your wrong moves and your comfortable opening.
  3. Have Fun! Have a self-celebration to yourself once you always beat a Bot.

BUT WAIT! THERES MORE! Good thing about Chess.com Bots. This is not just for beginners, but for Intermediate, and Advance Players just like in the image shown.

Well, most of Intermediate and advance players, don’t need any explanation for this, because I always notice, Intermediate and advance players, knows how to deal in middle game and end game. (Well, I really have a problem in end game, my goodness!

Well, let me share with you my game against BOT MINA - 700 (I played as white)

Here you can notice 3 Things:

  1. Beginner Bot has a basic AI program and has a lot of errors, since MINA - 700 is not already a beginner bot but, still, it seems like I played with my same level because its an adaptive BOT.
  2. It’s a beginner friendly and you can notice all the fork and pin.
  3. Even I lose, my ratings will not be compromise.

In this game, JessicaSlidale 1961 vs Francie BOT - 2300

Here you can learn 3 things:

  1. Advance bot still have a down side
  2. Advance players like Jessica, knows her opening and middle game tactics that she applied easily.
  3. Winning or losing against Beginner or Advance bots, are both teach you, to excel to your own limits.
