bad luck, I lost on time on 4 board, one of the board is only one move to check mate my opponent

I was on new year vacation on 28 Dec 2007 until 1 Jan 2008 but unfortunately I forgot to set my vacation time.. and today I find 4 of my games was lost on time because of it. My rating goes down from 1706 to 1343. Most of those board I was on good position & materials.  One of the board is only one move to check mate my opponent.. ! What a bad luck :(
