The reason I write this is because people that are banned "when found to be cheating"  cannot defend themselves ( as far as I know , my apologies if I am wrong ) and explain what happened.

It is not my intention to offend or spread wrong information , I

We know that most of the chess players have computer software , cheating is using this software to help you in your online games.

>> the chess.com rules say :

No Cheating or Computer Help

You can NEVER use chess programs (Chessmaster, Fritz, etc) to analyze current ongoing games unless specifically permitted (such as a computer tournament, etc). The only type of computer assistance allowed is games databases for opening lines in Turn-based Chess and Vote Chess. You cannot receive ANY outside assistance on Live Chess games.>>

It is easy to proove that someone is using ( running ) chess software but there is no way to proove that someone is actually using this chess software for his online games !

Example  :

I play OTB games in a chess club , after I played a game I often let Fritz analyze the complete game.In the mean time I check if I have games on chess.com where it is my turn or I post my OTB games in my blog.

The situation for someone who doesn't know what I am doing is :

1. the player is connected on chess.com

2.the player is running chess software

conclusion : that player is cheating !?
