2021 daily chess championship - Game 14 (converting a pawn majority)

I was happy about the result, as it got me to the next round, but less so about my play - it was far from perfect. There were a few missteps during pawn advantage conversion.

A few mental notes:

1) Remain consistent with the plan. 18. Nd2 is the move I'm least happy about since I created a plan the previous move, and immediately strayed away from it.

2) Pawn majority conversion seems to be a theme. In my other important game, it also had missteps.

3) Be _really_ sure about the exchange sacrifices. It looks really cool when GMs do it, but in real life, mere mortals don't see all kind of funky lines that don't work out with those sacrifices.

Current score: 20.5 / 21 (and through to Round 2 with a game to spare)
