Which is Valued More?

Bobby Fischer believed that the bishop was worth 3.25 points and the knight was 3 points. In the endgame the Bishop can only go on one color square but the knight can go on both. The Hypermodern school of chess favored knight's over bishops. There are both sides to this story So lets just keep it equal for now.

                                                  Which is better?

We know that bishops are strong when the position is open and the knight's are strong when positions are closed. We dont really know which is better.

Lets Look at a Position where the bishop is dominant.

We can see the knight is restricted and cant move while the bishop is in the center and attacking pawns.

Lets look at a example of knights dominating the bishops.

The knight is restricting the bishop from moving and the knights dominates the bishops. We can assume when the bishop is blocked by pawns the Nickname "Big Pawn".
