Why it is important to do chess puzzles

I got to a peak rating of 2824 without any help. I did a study on myself and realized when i took a break from doing those puzzles and did onky 3 a day, i wouldnt do that well in tournaments. Then when i would do 20 a day, i won the tournament and went up 200 in ratingthat is how you should do puzzles. That tournament, i won against 3 1200 and lost to one. I was a 1080 and went up 200 points in rating even though i only won 3 points. The reason i won the ganes was because i found really good tactics. I was down a rook and i sacked a rook for mate and i did a doubke check to win a queen in another game.

The puzzles also help improve peopkes tactical minds. It helps them spot tactics quicket.
