Joining a tournament

I am quite new to chess.com and about 2 weeks before i played "online chess". 6 games were going on simultaneously..... 3 days per move. Unfortunately I did not login for 3 days and all 6 games were lost on time.... A few days back i decided to join a tournament at chess.com but I was unable to join because it said "You must have a timeout ratio lower than 10% to play in this tournament".if that should be satisfied i should play atleast 60 more games online to join a tournament.... Thats will take too much time before i could even sign up for a tournament...... so is there any other way i could join a tournament without having to play 60 more games?????

please help!!
