Grading - congrats George

The new ecf grading database came out this week Georges  4.5 (5) gave him a rating of 154 mine is at 116 after a score of 2.5. Also our casual chess club has got a team together for a local cup, if  George was in the UK he would have to play board one, however he is away and my Captain Sean C has landed me the job provisionally.
