Practice Sessions, Pt. 1

Today when playing a practice game against myself, I realized that, as Black, I tried to keep the initiative at the dire cost of development. It resulted in the following position:

 

 I was left completely clueless as to how I could catch up to myself as White. The best I could come up with was: 1...Qd7, threatening 2...Qg4+ and a powerful gain of initiative. 2.Nh2, preventing the move, countered by 2...0-0-0, and later Black can catch up on Kingside development...somehow.
