The Role of Sacrifices in Attacking the Castled King

I love this example of sacrificial mate ( which I borrowed from the excellent "Art of Attack in Chess" by Vladimir Vukovic). It comes from a chapter describing the art of sacrificing to disrupt pawn structure around the castled king, in order to allow mate.

Enjoy!

White here overcame the resistance of Black's f-pawn on the diagonal b1-h7 by making sacrifices which deflected one pawn and blocked the other.
