The Göring Gambit is a good opening to surprise opponents, specially on quick chess.
What defines it is: 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6, 3. d4 exd4, 4.c3

Here the black have 2 options: either take the 2nd pawn or not (duh).
If the pawn is not taken, then white takes the d-pawn and we get something similar to a scotch game.

If the 2nd pawn is taken, then white can choose to get ahead of development by playing 5. Bc4. This allows a double gambit:

To sum up, the Göring Gambit is a good way to surprise opponents in a quick game. In exchange for pawns white get a very active position.
After black gets the second pawn, white aims to Bc4, (Nxc3 or Bxb2) and 0-0, aiming at f7 and trying to get advantage of the extra mobility.
Black will aim to develop his pieces with moves like Nf6 and d6.
