Seventh game: a tactics problem

Here again,

here is my seventh game at XXVII Internacional Vila de Sant Boi. My opponent this round was Bernabé Hornos from Gavà.

It was a very short game (just 20 moves), decided by a tactical blow. After four sicilian games in a row we played a Scandinavian defense, just at happened in the first game, against another player from Gavà.

I made a blonder and lost a pawn, so I looked for creating some counterplay against black king in the center and reached the critical position.

So, let's start from the end. How would you continue from here?

And now, the complete game.

After this game two rounds remain and I have currently 5/7 points, tied with other three players at 4th position and half point away from 2nd position in the tournament. In the U1800 race I'm at first position, 1 point ahead from a group of 4 players and better tie break values, so I have good chances of gaining a trophy in my first OTG tournament.
