I finished playing through the section on defense this evening. All 3 games were entertaining, but I really like Spassky's counter attack in the center against Tal's flank attack in game 11 of the 1965 Candidate Finals.

Maroczy returns material to defuse the attack and then proceeds to win.
Spassky calmly counter attacks in the center while Tal is charging forward on the kingside.
After getting into a worse position, Lasker starts to find resources to defend and eventually turns the table on his opponent.
