I am reaching out today publicly to share that my Puzzles rating of 2078 has dropped to 1468, and I saw that the highest score was only 1555 or something much lower. I had a lot of tests this week and couldn't play AT ALL from Oct. 4. If you know what I can do to catch the hacker or even get my Puzzles rating back up, please let me know. Similarly, my friend's account "VSSCHOOLBOI" chess account also likely got hacked, as his puzzles rating was close to 45K!!! But now, it's at 1456 or something lower. If you guys could reach out to Chess.com or help with ideas, please let us know, it would mean a lot.
