The Italian game is an opening that I have played several times, but after you have played this strong opening for white what do we do next? Wel let's first start how to play the Italian opening, first we play e4 with this move we are controlling 50% of the center and letting our queen and bishop. After that the most common move is  e5 after black has played e5 we respond with nf3 we are developing our Knight and we are one step closer to castling. What we also do with our Knight is we are attacking blacks e5 pawn. In 80% of my games that I have played with the Italian they wil play Nc6 defending their pawn on e5. after that move we play  Bc4 with this move we attack black weak f7 pawn an we are controlling a important diagonal and we are preparing to castle on the next move that's also a reason why I love the Italian. But what should we do after the Italian and try to win the game? However, there's much more to it that a friendly chess opening in fact , the Italian game /opening can turn in to a highly  tactile opening if your opponent even make a slightly mistake
