Rerating Bots Series: Martin: A Chess.com Wonder
Today we will be talking about the infamous Martin.
We all know Martin. Because he just can't play chess. He is rated 250 by chess.com but we will analyze some of the bulgarian's games and give him a new rating.
First i played him. He is so bad I accidentally checkmated him with a pawn on the tenth move.
The only valid response to this is
Knight to a3? Really? What is the purpose of that move? Doesn't control the center and nearly immobilized the knight.
I ask to trade knights, he says no, I ask again and then just wow.
Let's talk about how this dude just moved to d4 acting like the knight doesn't exist.
Well it doesn't now that's for sure.
Then I thought "I can't fork him cause his king is there"
And then he just does some weird delayed bongcloud.
Dude. I can just fork you.
And he doesn't even save the queen! He just moves away from it, so I can check him and take it for free!
And remember that pawn? Yeah, he moved away from that and I took the pawn and checked him.
He ran again and I said "Ooh a fork!"
He took off to my pawns and I checkmated him with one.
It is UNACCEPTABLE to call this a 250 bot. He played the worst move possible in nearly every occasion so...
