assessment and calculations

Calculating and relying on one's intuition are both useful in Chess.

Magnus is probably the best in the world at both.

Here's a position I got in one of my recent games.

White to Play

This is not exactly easy to play or to solve. Having prior knowledge of kings endgame helps, and you could rely on intuition. But this needs to be calculated fairly deeply.

So what is your assessment after lets say  5 minutes ? White wins ? Black wins ? is it drawn after best play.

Here's our the game went (I played White)

Lets just say that the play was less than perfect. Can you spot which moves from White were wrong and did Black miss a better move in the line played ?

Of course this stuff is easy for Stockfish14.

Talking about engines, this is a position from the same game, but much earlier.

Stockfish is screaming there is a winning move, can you find it ? I'll put this one as a quiz
