new game review rating : not sure if it is an improvement

This new game review with rating on 1 game is a bit far fetched

case in mind, once I won against GM Smirin and chess.com thinks  I play like a strong GM

Well I have beaten another strong player with Black, and the rating is high on the right side.

should I consider a IM and GM norm ?

Not at all ! 

My rating ~2450 and I am not a 2900 player.

Here's why

Ouch lost to a GM and my performance was a meager 2050 rating

lets see another one, I played at 2600 but lost in 25 moves !

lost and was outplayed.

Conclusion, your rating average after 30 days should a good way to gauge your  strength.

don't trust rating by chess.com review after a game. It fluctuates by 1000 points based on the accuracy of your play.

I prefer to look at accuracy 60  or 80 or 90. This is more relevant to gauge quality of play. and again it should be averaged over at least 50 games, not on one game. 

Ratings are supposed to be statistics and 1 game is not enough data.
