First game I am black to play. Can you find the path to victory ?

White to play
in the first position I found the tactics and won easily. In the second I was 1 move short of a totally winning position but missed it and I was eventually lost but my opponent ran out of time->draw.
1.5/2 instead of 2/2. Solving puzzle does help win games.
