World Chess Championship 2021 after game 8
well, Magnus leads with 2 wins after 8 games.
The second loss was clearly self-inflicted as Ian Nepomniachtchi played well below his level and he even said below GM level in the Petroff, handing a gift happily accepted by Magnus.

We could see Magnus checking every line and working very hard at the board to ensure a smooth win in the endgame in Game 8.
and clearly the challenger had an off day

But very often we see only 1 player at the board as Nepo leaves as soon as his move is made.
like in this photo below

I think it would be great to have both players at the board. I understand a private area is provided for each with snacks and couch. I am ok with that, it is very very hard to play a world championship.
But take a look at how it is set-up below

they provide a screen with the live position.
I think they should remove this, it is convenient for the players but I have a feeling Nepo works out most of his thinking out of there, and this is not broadcast.
I think this TV and Screen with live position makes players spend more time than they should away from the main board, with the broadcast and spectators looking at a stage with 1 player and sometimes no one at the board, as the other player returns to the board.
Would you guys agree to remove the screen with live position from each player private area to increase appeal of the match and broadcast ?
