Travel to Tal's hometown, Riga, Latvia
I went to Riga, Latvia (Mikhail Tal's hometown) for sightseeing on Sunday.
I found Tal's statue in Vērmanes dārzs (Vērmanes Garden) in the city.
The arrival of the boat from Stockholm was one hour delayed due to the heavy ice condition in Riga harbor and I stayed Riga city only 4 hours. But I really enjoyed my stay at the city of "The magician from Riga".
