Chess Training

Recently, I have been having a harder time beating people in chess. I used to have a rating of around 780 and almost 800 until all of a sudden like lots of people got really good or something because I now am constantly staying around 720 which is really weird. First of all, I was wondering i anyone else is having that issue.

The main reason I am writing this article is because as I have been losing games in this 'slump', I have been attempting to make my training methods even better then before. I already know that I am having a harder time without a chess coach, but I have found flaws in my methods.

I have decided that each day, I will practice on other programs such as chess tempo and lichess.org before playing 1-2 rated games on chess.com which is my main account of chess.

I have also been working on training and analyzing games on a real chess board and not online which I believe really in helpful.

The other thing I made this game for is so everyone can analyze another game I played recently:

If you have any comments about my game, I would love to have them in order to get better. Also, if anyone has games that were cool, I could write about them on my blog. Share them in the comments and I will share it next time I write.

Thank you for viewing and possibly commenting on my chess blog here at chess.com. I am hoping that all my posts are entertaining or leave you thinking about a certain chess subject. If I did get you thinking or did help you, message me or tell me what I did well and what I can improve on in the comments!

Currently, I am working on a blog series called Journey Across the Board. There will be 5 posts on this topic over the next couple weeks. I hope everyone likes it!

Thank you so much and happy chessing!
