This is a PRO TIP for all users of electronic chess boards, such as the Chessnut PRO!  Lazy susan bearings or turntable bearings under the board are delightful in allowing the board to rotate so you can easily play with the White or Black pieces in a random online match up on Lichess or chess.com!

The BEST SIZE for the Chessnut PRO are 18-inch diameter bearings.  Previously, I used 12-inch diameter bearings with the Chessnut Air, and this is a little too small for the PRO.

Hi!  I'm vitualis, the chess noob, and I run the "Adventures of a Chess Noob" YouTube channel and blog.  I'm learning and having fun with chess!

I restarted playing chess recently after my interest was rekindled by the release of "The Queen's Gambit" on Netflix.  I mostly play 1 or 2 games a day, and am trying to improve (slowly!).  I document some of my games and learning experiences on my blog and YouTube channel from the perspective of a beginner-intermediate player!
