One of the ways to get a quick win, as per my new book, 50+2 Chess Quick Wins! Tactical ideas for exciting chess for beginner players, to to play an opening gambit. I just discovered today this amazing free chess tool, Holy Gambit Grail (https://holygambitgrail.com) which will analyse your games on both the chess.com and Lichess platforms, and list out the gambits that you've played and the number of wins!

It's a pretty cool little tool. Not surprisingly, the single most frequent gambit that I've used is the Vienna Gambit!

Hi!  I'm vitualis, the chess noob, and I run the "Adventures of a Chess Noob" YouTube channel and blog.  I'm learning and having fun with chess!
