NEVER give up, NEVER surrender! Part 2

NEVER give up, NEVER surrender! Part 2

In the realm of beginner-intermediate chess, blunders are unavoidable. And indeed, they can be something that factors into your matches. In any game, there is a certain probability with any move that I will make a blunder. Similarly, as the game progresses, there is an escalating probability that the opponent will as well. The following three games are games I played this week that I should have lost from the opening or the midgame, but somehow, I snatched victory out of the jaws of defeat.

My suggestion is to never give up, and never surrender! As was the case in some of these games, being down a piece or down in material is not necessarily fatal. I hope you enjoyed this video, and thanks for watching!

Hi!  I'm vitualis, the chess noob, and I run the "Adventures of a Chess Noob" YouTube channel and blog.  I'm learning and having fun with chess!

I restarted playing chess recently after my interest was rekindled by the release of "The Queen's Gambit" on Netflix.  I mostly play 1 or 2 games a day, and am trying to improve (slowly!).  I document some of my games and learning experiences on my blog and YouTube channel from the perspective of a beginner-intermediate player!
