Yesterday, I spoke about a game I played with my mate, who is a professional colleague and peer. In that game, I played with the white pieces, and opened with the Vienna game. After an epic match, it came down to a rook and pawns endgame, and I managed to come out ahead. Today, we have a rematch where I played with the black pieces. Who will win? Please watch to find out!

This was another epic game and I had great fun! I hope you enjoyed this video, and thanks for watching!

Hi!  I'm vitualis, the chess noob, and I run the "Adventures of a Chess Noob" YouTube channel and blog.  I'm learning and having fun with chess!

I restarted playing chess recently after my interest was rekindled by the release of "The Queen's Gambit" on Netflix.  I mostly play 1 or 2 games a day, and am trying to improve (slowly!).  I document some of my games and learning experiences on my blog and YouTube channel from the perspective of a beginner-intermediate player!
