the stress in chess
have you ever cried over a game
I have talked about this topic in one of my blogs but in Vietnamese but I want to write another blog post in English to let more people know as well as give advice.Sometimes you lose a game just because you are under pressure.. A player who has lost the first match may feel the need to prove their worth, which can lead to heightened stress. Doubts about their abilities or fears of repeating mistakes from the previous game may weigh heavily on their minds. This can sometimes result in overthinking or hesitation, both of which are detrimental in a fast-paced match. If you keep losing, it may be because you haven't learned from your previous mistakes.Imagine a boy who lost a game because of a mistake, but in the next games he kept repeating the same mistake, causing him to lose again and again.I don't mean to criticize you, I was once like that boy.if you are stressed then take a rest don't force yourself to regain lost elo you can learn from good players and improve gradually and you will never lose to much again I hope you will not lose again .Losing in a short period of time is very common in chess everyone has to go through it
