Tips to Increase Rating

Looking to increase my rating significantly.  Guessing my rating is currently around 1100.  I'd like to get to 1800-2000 in the next five years.  Willing to sacrifice about 60-90 minutes a day.  Is this realistic?  Feel free to review my games.  I need tips on who I should go about this.  Books, software, etc recommendations wanted.  Also I'm living abroad adon't have access to a live coach and not willing to pay more then a $100 a month for one online.  Thanks.
